This backpack is pretty nice. Haven’t had to use it in combat, but great for a low profile emergency situation. The description says it’s not designed for hard plates, but my ar500 level iii+ 10x12 fits in the front just fine. The 11x14 I got for the back won’t Velcro in so staying upright is key. Maybe I’ll sew it in. I can keep it in the back of my car without raising any eyebrows, until someone tries to pick it up. I saw other options for quick deploy carriers but this one was cheap and I don’t regret getting it. It’s not something I ever want to have to use, but I’m confident it will work if I need it. Flips up over the head pretty quick once all the straps are adjusted, and hides well in the backpack until it’s needed.
